The most weird backgammon league game. EVER!

Here you can see what I meant with a long and tricky way to win my 25th backgammon league elite gold!
While all the other players were sweeping hysterically in the 24 hour clean sweep competition I were up to play my last backgammon league game for the week.
A game against Becca1594.
Like some of you might seen when we were playing were that we jumped in and out of game…. Here you can read about the reason(s) behind it!

The game was anything than pleasant to play.. and not because of anything with Becca1594 personally to do.. No. It was because of glitches all along.

The most players that has played backgammon for some time at Shockplay know about the very irritating glitch when a player accidently takes out a brick when it wasnt open to take (not the right dice numbers to get to it).
The situation appear when your opponent has a brick to get out from the middle board into play again.. and it somehow pops to take out your brick instead of placing itself where it should have….

You all know how much this glitch causes injustice in the on going game.. not does the opponent only get out a brick that wasnt open to take… no.. the player still has 2 more moves to do after that! RESTART is always the best option.
What then if you restart the game.. and not even that doesnt work out? Like in this case.. We were suppose to restart from 3-1 to me.. we gave up points to make it right… but somehow it showed another score at my opponents side and another at my side.

All these glitches happens now and then.. It is already enough to have to deal with a glitch like this ONE TIME.. Can you imagine how it was to play this game….? A backgammon league game for the elite gold… We had to all together restart our game FOUR TIMES!

3 times because of the glitch were my brick was taken out when it wasnt open to take.. and 1 time because the score wasnt right when we tried to replay from 3-1…

Even though we ‘laughed’ during the game.. it was mostly because as it (in my opinion) felt like a pathetic try to even get the game played til finish line. I had given up hope for to play a normal game for sure…

Somehow it worked out in the end but I was nervous all the time for the same thing to happen over again!!! ^^.

I am really starting to wonder now afterwards if it was tooo much pressure for the servers or something like that during the clean sweep competition???? Then it indeed was a clean sweep competition to remember !!! :D

But… another thing that is for sure, is that I never want to experience a game like this ever again! Away with the glitches!!!
