The servers were moved today and it will take a little while for Shockplay to be up and running again… Please be patient, Shockplay will be back soon… :)

I’m getting couronne withdrawal symptoms…….. disc pool is just not the same!
I hope the old fullscreen software will still work when the servers are changed?

I thought the server change was only supposed to take a couple of hours on Monday afternoon.
Will shockplay ever be back online or is it now gone for good?

Why shouldn’t I cope?
I got plenty of things to do outside shockplay.
Response: the fact that youre online almost 24/7 and that winning elite gold in all the leagues (couronne, othello, chess etc) seems to be of huge importance to your life suggests otherwise.
You obviously have no idea how much I’m online. And a lot of the time I’m online, I’m doing something else and shockplay is just running in the background.
And why do you think it has a huge importance to my life? Because that is not the fact. You don’t know me and you don’t know how my life is, so stop acting like you think you do.

I wish I could answer the questions properly, the only information I have got is that the servers was moved and that it will take some time for Shockplay to be able to be up again with their new IP! So I have no idea what it is in time wise for it to happen, hopefully days and not weeks!
As far as I am aware of, this server move doesnt affect the fullscreen version of Shockplay.
I’ll keep you posted if I get more information :)

SP was already struggling for memebers, this is gonna kill the site off completely if they aren’t careful. :\
Maybe it has a meaning. To really be able to keep up the site. And 1 week was a little guess. Better it go faster than we think. Or believe it to va started today and its not work so we have to wait 1 week more , or?

Sorry that it takes so long time. Some of our domains have propagated correctly now, but we are still waiting for shockplay.com to point correctly. Meanwhile, I think you can login using this address: http://play.shockplay.com
Rocketman, can you please tell us if the Full Screen software will work with the new server address in the future?
At the moment I can log on via the link you just gave us but not via the software on my PC :(.

Thanks for the tip Rocketman, I´ve been in there and it worked, but I realized my membership runs out in just a couple of minutes lol, and the paying system doesn´t work, Paypal, I guess it´s because of the server problem. Is there a way around this at the moment ??

Can you please put up another long running Sweep it! tournamnent for those of us who like to play sweep games?

The fullscreen program works now. Just tried it.
Finally everything is up and running. We are very sorry for the delay, and we have compensated all members with 10 extra days.
Side is online, yes, but you should look for certain things. For example all the texts on the various buttons displayed completely wrong and is buggy.
simon DK your comments are laughable. You play every single match in league like it is life or death so dont claim it doesnt mean everything to you when it clearly does.
I’ve never said it doesn’t mean anything to me. It just don’t mean as much to me as you think.
And we still haven’t got any sweep or points tournaments :(. – If there is a bug with creating them can rocketman please let us know when it will be fixed.
As Spiderbait said, when will sweep the tournaments work again? Shockplay would be nothing without them and I think that we will lose a lot of users if you do not fix this very soon :(. I really hope it goes otherwise, it feels no sense to stay on Shock play anymore :(
Can RocketMan please let us know when the Sweep-tourney will return? Many of my friends and especially me miss it very much :/

players interested in being in tournaments without the longer sign up phases…. please let me know and I can add you into other tours than just sign up tours aswell (which you need to sign up to yourself).. otherwise its easy to just keep adding them who already have expressed their interest…. :)

OH Btw after Spiderbait & St V winning elite golds we are now UK no.3 & 4 haha
They won elite golds? haha, you know what, i bet with my luck i still could not win one.
Not before getting bored anyway… (after 2 elite weeks) xD
Understand the fact that noone will win the elite gold as long as Simon is there and jumping around, maybe if they old veteran players will return: Zimond, Müller, Raskolnikov, Hektor, muv3, Kliffhanger and start to train hard few hours a day like they did before, I am sure that Simon would run out of gold in a few weeks ;)

Hey.. all the tours disappeared in a server update… I’ve added some new ones… The “SWEEPS! Want in? Pm marru” and “POINTS! Want in? Pm marru” tournaments are meant to be tours where you can replay against the players many times.. Because when new players are added the game results might not stick and you can replay the same player again… Just want to have these tours out so that its easy to add players in who wants to be included in the sweep and points tours.. just let me know and I can add you.
When new players are added the groups might change along the way.
